BÖHAUS comfortably sleeps 27 guests in standard beds. Additional floor mattresses can be arranged for larger groups, up to the maximum capacity of 35 people.

Yes. It is a strong fit for small-company team buildings, with private open areas for activities, a 45 sqm game hall, shared dining spaces, and overnight capacity for the whole group.

The 5 × 9 m lower-level game hall is planned around a full-size billiards table, retro arcade cabinets, and space for videoke, games, and group hangouts.

Yes. There will be an outdoor kitchen and a covered, open-sided dining area. Additional tables and a buffet may also be arranged in the open areas when the weather permits.
