TO WHAT COMES NEXT.
Bori Nest began with the idea of a nest—a place to rest, recharge, and reconnect. BÖHAUS carries that same belief in thoughtful hosting into a bolder, more social format: a whole haus made for more people, more movement, and more stories.
They are serial place-makers at heart—always sketching the next gathering place, always asking how a property can become an experience. BÖHAUS is simply what comes next: never repeated, never formulaic, and shaped with its own clear point of view.

Before BÖHAUS had its name, the idea was Wamasabi—a playful meeting of wabi-sabi and the Filipino phrase walang masabi.
A NAME FOR THE WAY
WE GATHER.
The final name nods to the Bauhaus school and its belief that beautiful spaces should work beautifully. HAUS is deliberately German; BÖ gives the name its own signature and connects it to the Borines family.
Top and Eva imagined a place generous enough for the whole barkada, an extended family, or a small company team—private, relaxed, and made for real Filipino gatherings. Clean lines give BÖHAUS its character; pool time, shared cooking, billiards, videoke, celebrations, and laughter are what will bring it to life.
